Differences in the 2007 W-2 form

For the 2007 payroll year, the IRS has implemented some changes to W-2 forms which will be handled within MYOB Premier 2008 and AccountEdge/AccountEdge NE 2008 on either pre-printed or plain paper W-2 forms. Setup can be seen in the image below.

The new W-2 setup has relocated where the Social Security # and the Control # fields are placed within the form. Compare the image below to the image above. Simple, subtle changes. Users need to do nothing to have the printout on preprinted forms match the IRS mandated layout.
