This software requires MYOB AccountEdge 2008 to be installed

Additional Instructions for AccountEdge

In order for a product and/or product & payroll update to install properly, please make sure the MYOB AccountEdge 2008 folder resides in the Applications folder. If the folder does not reside in the Applications folder, please drag the folder into the Applications folder until you’ve successfully installed the update. Once the update has successfully installed, you can move the MYOB AccountEdge 2008 folder back to your desired location.

Open the HardDrive/Library/Receipts folder. You must have the following files residing in the Receipts folder:

  • MYOB AE Help.pkg
  • MYOB AE App.pkg
  • MYOB AE Custom.pkg
  • MYOB AE Fonts.pkg
  • MYOB AE Manuals.pkg
  • MYOB AE Officelink.pkg
  • MYOB AE Opt.pkg
  • MYOB AE PR Forms.pkg
  • MYOB AE TAL.pkg
  • MYOB AE Update 1206.pkg
  • MYOB AE Upg.pkg
  • MYOB AE Widgets.pkg

If you do not have these files in your HardDrive/Library/Receipts folder you can click on the link below and download the archived folder which contains these files. Once the file has been downloaded, unarchive the file by double clicking on the File named ArchiveAE.zip. This will create an unzipped folder named ArchiveAE. Open the folder. Open your HardDrive/Library folder. Drag the package files into the Receipts folder inside the HardDrive/Library folder, then continue the installation process for the February update.

If the folder does not reside in the Applications folder, please drag the folder into the Applications folder until you’ve successfully installed the update. Once the update has successfully installed, you can move the MYOB AccountEdge Network Edition 2008 folder back to your desired location.

Open the HD/Library/Receipts folder. You must have the following files residing in this folder:
